As questions come in, we will add to this list, so check back if you have any questions. When will we be notified of our acceptance to a residential academy? Letters of acceptance will be issued on May 5, 2010. What do I need to do after I receive my letter of acceptance? You will need to return the Confirmation form immediately by fax. What do I do if I can not access the registration page because of web filters? There are two options. 1) Complete the registration from your home computer, 2.) Call 1-800-801-7983 and register by phone. When will we find out if our team was NOT accepted to a residential academy? We will notify teams that were not accepted after confirmations have been received.Notifications will be sent by June 1, 2010. What is the address of my Residential Academy? Click here for directions. My team roster has changed. What do I need to do? Please complete the Drop-Add Form <---Click here. If our team roster has changed can we just register those new individuals instead of the people not attending? You must fill out the Drop-Add Form and return it by fax or mail prior to registering any replacement participants. You do not need to register someone if it has already been determined that they can not attend. May we add people to our team? Your team size was determined during the initial application process. As stated on the Confirmation Form, you may not exceed the number of participants listed on your original application. I have a personal matter (wedding, doctor's appointment, etc) I need to attend to during the week. Will I be able to take leave to take care of it? All participants are required to stay the duration of the Residential Academy. All participants will arrive Sunday afternoon and must stay on site through Thursday afternoon. This does not include going to local shops, pharmacies, etc in the evening. If I am participating in more than one Academy, will I receive a stipend for both? No one may attend more than one summer academy. What do I need to bring to the session and what will be provided on site? We will mail a letter to each participant outlining all pertinent information once the registration window is closed.
